I grew up in New York, eventually moved to Florida, and adopted the horse I’d wanted since childhood. Writing is apparently in my genes - both my parents wrote serial stories for classmates; and an ancestor compiled a three volume book of German proverbs, and one of his stories was included in Grimm’s Fairy Tales.

I’ve written multiple novels and also published articles on writing, and a short story entitled, “Mother Goose,” about the three Canada goslings I raised and later watched over as they reared their own families. I believe their offspring are still flying the skies of Long Island.

Music is also a big part of my life. I’ve written dozens of songs and performed them with my former band - Country Fever.

Art is another interest of mine. I owned my own greeting card company and illustrated and composed verses for two birthday card lines.  I now design book covers and websites.

I’ve been involved in animal rescue and animal rights organizations, and have rescued and provided a home for ducks, rabbits, chickens, dogs, cats, Canada geese, and one special horse.

Music, reading, animals and nature are my way to relax and unwind.

Like Harmony Jones™, a character in my book, Last Stop Paradise, I swear by herbs and natural products, and I’m an environmentalist and recycle everything I can! I’m married with three children.
